Level up sound for (level % 5) == 0 not playing on local client

When my character levels up to a multiple of 5 the special level up sound does not play. When I'm near other characters that level up to a multiple of 5 I can hear the sound for them.

This started for me in 1.4.4

I don't know if they hear me level up or not. I don't hear it though.
