On edge of water landing impact particles glitch

Well I was enjoying falling from high distances because I loved what you did with the impact of the floor and the particles being everywhere however when I landed on the edge of the water and dirt (I landed on dirt) water particles came out and I know this isn't supposed to happen because landing in water in general doesn't cause that reaction. So I tried it with running since I know that causes particles too, and sure enough that happened. Hope you can fix it soon mojang!
