Hand is light wile it's night time

hand changes in brigtness when rotating

hand should stay the same in whatever rotation angle you are

the hand isn't always the same brightness

in the night rotate (slowly so you can see it clearly when it changes)
thats all I was in creative so maybe that is requerd as well
I was in a high y cordinate (150+-)
It was in windows XP so maybe this doesn't happen on windows 7 (didn't try it at home this was when I was on school they only have winXP there)
