I noticed a milky filter over all of the maps I had posted tiled in item frames, and looking at my maps on my hotbar, I noticed the same issue. I attempted to restart the Minecraft client and relaunch Minecraft to fix (as this fixes tracking issue) but this did not fix the issue.

This may be just the server's fault.
[Mod] Tails Said that a bug is valid if:
*It is a bug if it has to do with the client
*If it has been tested out on singleplayer.
Otherwise, ask the server owner(s) about this problem.
