Chunk loading problem

After some time there is issue with loading new chunks, After restart its ok again. Some chunks load only when I am about 2-5 meters away from them in all directions. (Blocks load after some time but it is way slower than when you start the game)

It happens after some time of playing (I think its caused by teleport command and kill command). It starts to occur mostly after several use of these.
It takes time to make this problem occur.

sorry if duplicate I am not going to search whole bug tracker cause of that (checked latest snapshots only)
