Basically, I hape a jungle biome nearby my house in vanilla Minecraft. I keep chopping down a tree that seems to regen over and over again. I first see a black chunk and seconda later the same tree I chopped down before reapears just like I found it.

I tried, but somehow it's not letting me... It auto-closes the console.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
(If you're testing snapshot versions you should know that...)

Does video proof works? Because I recorded it in a video.

No, please attach the console as described above.

Nothing we can do here. But you can ask here http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/137381-official-corrupted-save-recovery-thread/ for help.

No wait, that is indeed a corrupted chunk though I have traveled to the chunk and it's somwhere else, this was a very old corrupted chunk I had in that world since the 1.5 update, the wood bug didn't happend in that time.

Then repair the world.

Allright, indeed I was wrong. Chunks were getting "swaped" between each other (The one in the jungle and other located 10 chunks away), the thing I'm worried about is that this happened in Minecraft Vanilla (No Mods)... So why did they swaped? I didn't used any external programs on the map (Such as MCEdit, NBTEdit and others).

confirm because this happen to me
