I walked on the new cobblestone fence and I "floated" so to speak
What I expected to happen was fall in the groove like in the normal fence
What actually happened was I walked on it like a walking on a normal block
Steps to Reproduce:
1. walk on top of the Cobblestone fence
2. F5 it up
3. look undernieth you
