[MC-36894] Playsound-ing liquid.swim doesn't work

Messing around with the playsound command, tried to play liquid.swim and it wouldn't work. There are no errors in my syntax of the command, and had a friend try it as well, so it's not just me.

The command to play it is:

/playsound liquid.swim @a

Confirmed for 1.7.2. It also seems that a lot of other sounds don't work with /playsound

Seriously, this is a really bad bug. Some resource pack sounds can also not be /playsound-ed

Use game.player.swim instead. See sounds.json for more information.
