[MC-36981] Chest sound duplication

When opening a chest, if you close it within 1 sec of the sound ending it will replay the open chest sound as it closes.

Environment

Windows 8.1 64-bit, Java Standard Edition Version 7 Update 45 (build 1.7.0_45-b18)
