[MC-37128] I cant play any minecraft 1.7 servers when i updated to 1.7.2

When I started the launcher it automatically updated to 1.7.2 and I thought it was awesome, so I found some fun 1.7 servers and whenever i clicked it, it always said an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. Please help me I want to play minecraft so badly but I cant because of this thing!

Talven81, this is not a technical support issue, this is a bug. When using the most recent version (1.7.2) to connect to a recent server (1.7.2), I frequently get the same error: "an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remove host," usually accompanied by a server crash.

So far this appears to be a BUG - I have seen nothing in "Technical support" that can help this issue. It is frustrating and all communities that I have connected with have had nothing but questions... noone has a hot fix or known source to this problem... please advise!
