When I go to access my multiplayer server, it cannot connect to the server. The host server has been updated to the same version. Host computer can connect to the server that it runs on. Both users on other systems can no longer locate the server. Did not have this issue with 1.6.4, which was our last update before this version.
Update: Issue resolved by disabling firewall and reinstalling Hamachi!

I am having the same issue, not sure if it's a bug, or if Mojang is just tweaking some stuff on their side. I just updated my server and client to 1.7.2 today. When I tried to log in, I got the 'Can't connect to server' message. I checked to make sure my exIP was correct and it is. So, that is definitely not the problem.
The only software I am using is made by Mojang, I'm not using Hamachi, so it is a Minecraft issue, should I create a new report?
i am having the same problem. also it worked when my server was running 1.7.1 but not several prior snapshots or 1.7.2. my server is all vanilla and all the ip addresses are set properly.
Sounds like the host's external IP address may have changed. Have the host double check their external IP address and compare with what it was previously, and update the clients to use the new IP address.
In any case, this sounds more like a tech support issue than a bug at this point.
