Random Raised Chunk

I chucked an item through a portal in the nether to keep some chunks loaded for my iron Golem farm. I then killed my self in lava to get me back to the spawn chunks. When i got back, there was a random Raised chunk on the edge of my farm 😞

I tried duplicating this glitch in another world, but it didn't work. (i tried it in creative)

Also, the chunks that i was trying to keep loaded were in the middle of the desert (Loads of sand).
