[MC-3827] "Pick block" doesn't work on Portals and Spawners

What I expected to happen was...:
Use the "pick block" to pick up a portal block.

What actually happened was...:
Nothing!

The problem affects Nether portal, End portal and Spawners,"Pick block" works fine with the rest of blocks, eggs, etc.

These blocks are "technical" blocks, and are not supposed to be 'picked'.
If you do want to add these blocks to your map, you'll have to use an external editor.

Now with the new crtl+pick block saving nbt data in 14w08a, the reason for being unable to pick block spawners is invalid, and frankly a complete nuisance. This should be reopened.
