When I walk on the Portal, it immediately teleports you to the nether. This issue can make major problems for map makers. Please, restore the original teleportation, because the new one sucks. And when I'm teleported, and I'm still in the "portal animation" and it doesn't teleport me.

Portals are now instant travel in creative - you don't have to stay in them for any length of time. Resolving as works as intended.
