[MC-38401] jumpy

What happens is when i try to move it moves me 1 whole block at a time. It affects mobs to. When i jump it is like it speeds up..It affects both gamemodes.

Manually trigger a crash report by holding F3 + C for 10 seconds in game, and attach the resulting file (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) to this ticket.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 14w10c / Launcher version 1.3.10 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
