On a laggy multiplayer server, Bottles O' Enchanting do not drop right. When you drop a stack or more, only half actually take effect and give you exp. The rest don't even show the animation for it dropping.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
