Chunk errors in 1.7

This bug is very similar to MC-32622, however, this world was created AFTER the 1.7 update and is showing the chunk generation errors. The world was created using the amplified generation technique, but I am unsure if that is the cause of this problem.

This is not a duplicate of MC-315, as this bears no resemblance whatsoever to that bug. This is not, and was never a superflat world, nor was there any existing world that was deleted then recreated. As I said in the original post, this is a NEW world created AFTER the 1.7 update, and it uses a NEW, never used, world name. I have attached another picture showing how the amplified chunks stop suddenly, then normal chunks pick up after that, just as suddenly with some water in between them.

Take a closer look at the screenshots, they are not missing chunks, they are chunks generated from two different seeds. So either your seed has changed (if running a server check your server.properties), or a previous world was not completely deleted. Ensure the map folder (if server) or save folder (if single player) has been completely deleted before recreating the map with the same name.

This was in a single player world, and the name chosen, 1.7 test, was a completely new name. I am led to believe that the chunk errors are somehow a result of the new amplified world. It seems that the single player server doesn't know how to "end" the amplified areas and so it abruptly cuts it off and begins generation of regular terrain.

Considering MC-39021, is this maybe an example of that, rather than MC-315? @unknown, can you provide a world seed and coordinates where you're experiencing this issue?
