Launched minecraft, could not load world

I launched minecraft and chose my profile which points to version 1.7.2. I chose my single player world that I had created when 1.7,2 was released. Instead of loading it errored out. I tried to attach my world as a .zip file, but the submission form said it was too big. I am willing to upload my world if you can provide a way to do it.

Before you tried playing your world in 1.7 did you play in 1.6.2 or 1.6.4? because if you played in 1.6.2 and never updated to 1.6.4 that could cause rendering issues to you world and your world could be corrupt.

You are going to have to be more specific when you say "errored out". Do you mean the game crashed, or that it wouldn't load? If there was a crash please provide the report.

Please attach the complete output of the "Development console" tab of the launcher.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".

Incomplete without crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt). Please attach it so that we can diagnose your issue.

If you cannot find your Minecraft folder or the crash report, please use the Mojang Support Center.

Crash report for when I loaded my world and minecraft quit and took me back to the launcher

In response to Haz, this is a world that I created when minecraft 1.7.2 was released. No chunks were generated using 1.6.2 or 1.6.4

In response to Mod CubeTheThird, I mean that minecraft crashed right after I selected my world, and saw the Loading Chunks splash screen. The game didn't even let me get started. It took me back to the launcher and showed me a crash report.
