Cannot send chat message.

Where is the bug?

When i try to chat it says: Cannot send chat message. And i think its a bug in the servers....

It's not a bug when you disable it in the options...

where can i enable it?
I cant see anything that says Chat or something like that

yu have to reset the controls and then it will work

You can go to Options...>Chat Settings...>Set Chat to Shown
But for me that does not causes this message.
Maybe he ment something different
