Have single livestock pen with cows, chickens, pigs, two horses and one donkey. Logged back into game and found donkey has disappeared and one of my horses has been duplicated (color, stats and saddle).

Upon a subsequent login, one of my three horses just disappeared from the livestock pen. It was there on logout, no where to be found now. Crash report attached.
Restored world, had horse duplicated on subsequent login. Restored world again and placed carpet atop fences surrounding horses. Have not had any issues since carpet placed on fence (5 or 6 days ago). knock on wood.
Over two weeks ago, I moved the two horses, donkey and mule to a separate pen for convenience. Both the horse and livestock pen were dug down 1 level and lined with wood fences in an attempt to prevent escaping livestock. All fences had carpet placed atop for convenience. No problems until today. I had just bred two white sheep to give me a fourth white sheep in livestock pen. Logged out. Upon return, noticed that I only had three white sheep. Bred a fourth one and then noticed that one of my horses had also been duplicated. Don't know how to troubleshoot this. But it is most annoying. I hate to go too far knowing that livestock can disappear.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (
