I play for a little while in a single player world and after some time this chunk gets deleted. I dont know why maybe it is becouse i am downgrading and upgrating? And if you know a way to fix it can you please tell me?

I am not entirely sure what you mean by "fix". The chuck has been re-generated, meaning all the blocks that were there have been replaced.
Downgrading and upgrading is very likely the cause. If you have blocks or objects that only exist in newer versions, when you downgrade the chunk may be considered invalid, and will be re-generated.
