downloaded bad texture pack

What I expected to happen was the texture pack i downloaded would install and i could try it out:
Describe what you thought should happen here

What actually happened was i put in the first texture pack and it crashed:
Describe what happened here

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to planet minecraft, upload texture pack
2. .go to minecraft, find texture pack in folder..
3. ..press done.
