[MC-40385] Game occassionally goes out of full screen

Game occassionally goes out of full screen when I click

What I expected to happen was...:
The game will stay full screen

What actually happened was...:
The game goes into windowed mode
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on various things (Blocks, inventory, with a sword etc.)
2. The game goes out of full screen

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Please attach the complete output of the "Development console" tab of the launcher.
