Wiki says "There is a 24x24 chunk radius around the world's "spawn point" that is constantly loaded, even when the player is not in range."
Redstone does seem to work except for daylight sensors.
In the always loaded worldspawn chunks, connect a daylight sensor to a command block with /say "test" so that it says "test" at sunrise. It works if players are online but not when no players are online. The console messages from the command block stop.
And anything else that should have happened with a signal from the sensor does not happen.
So a circuit to keep count of days and moonphases will not work. It falls behind when no on is online.
Please fix this redstone component to work as others do.
