Minecart Teleportation

Ok, so i built an enderman farm and built a railway system to get to it as its 200 blocks out. Once i was done i rode the rail all the way back and when i exited the minecart it teleported me off the platfor i had ( 6x6 ) and into the void losing my good items. It seems to do almost the same thing as the boats are (or were) doing. Please fix this as nobody on my server can use any railways without death. Thanks
