Streaming with twitch on compression level high causes the text to bug out, stopping the stream does not fix. Restarting minecraft seems to be the only way to revert the text

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft snapshot 13w47e ? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
