Every time I join one of my servers, minecraft crashes.
I thought I'd get into the server and be able to play.
I tried 20 times and minecraft crashed all of those times.
1. Open minecraft and log in
2. Go to multiplayer
3. Chose that server
4. CRASH

What part of "non-standard client/server" did you not understand ?
Each time I'd send in a new one I'd try something different to resolve it. The first time I sent one in, I accidentally sent the wrong file. The second time, I had it modded. The third time, I reinstalled minecraft. Sorry for the spam, pretty bummed I can't play on my favorite server now. Got any tips to help me move away from the chunk I'm in in less than 3 seconds? I believe the chunk is causing the crash, and I don't know how to move away from it. Again, sorry for the spam, did not mean to do that.

No, the bukkit server (=modded) is causing the crash. Complain there.
But when I used the warp to go to that area, it immediately crashed. Are you sure it isn't the chunk? Also, why are others able to join? I've never been good with this kind of stuff D:
Look at MC-2966. As stated there there is no /warp command in vanilla minecraft, thus not a vanilla minecraft issue!
