Twitch stream is crashing whenever I start it after about 10 minutes and is very laggy when changing render distance

What I expected to happen was...:
Whenever I start streaming, I would get clear, smooth streaming.. But after a a few minutes it starts to lag and then crash

What actually happened was...:
I started the stream, then played and asked the viewers what they wanted me to build.. but it crashed shortly after.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a livestream
2. Wait until you start experiencing lag
3. Stream crashes
