My house is gone!!!!

My minecraft will not generate half of my house! It is almost like it deleted it.
What I expected to happen was...:
My house to appear when I walked home while my game was lagging

What actually happened was...:
Half of my house had a whole side missing! It had no evidence of the wal;l ever being there, but some of my outdoor items were

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build awesome house and go explore
2.Put render distance on normal or far with 32 bit software
3. game is generating chunks near you
4. run toward giant house when you get home
