[MC-41099] Witches making no noise when attacked

While playing in survival on a server I noticed that witches don't make noises when you hit them, they only make the noise of throwing potions at you. I know that villagers have a sound, why not witches?

That ticket was opened a year ago. At the time, I'm sure it WAS intended. However, there's now a file name for witch sounds, but no sound actually plays. I'm doubting it's still intended that they don't play a sound.
