Strange Villagers/Golems

In every village I've found in these updates, villagers display strange behavior.
One, they ALL huddle in one area, compressing themselves as tight as they can in to a space.
Two, they sprint around at light-speed instead of walking normally.
Three, iron golems would walk RIGHT ON PAST a zombie trying to break down a door.
Four, golems would fixate on a spider, which is on top of a house or tree and is no threat to the villagers, and stay fixated on that spider until it is killed.
