The game runs fine for a while, but then it locks up later on while I'm trying to break a glass block. I end up dying when the zombies kill me while i'm stuck in one spot. Then to top it off, I am unable to click on "Respawn" or "Main Menu".

In agreement with Carl, I can't say I've run into the same problem, but I will ask that you supply a debug log by holding F3+C for 10 seconds. This is to give us a little info on your system and game specs. And instead of pasting directly into the bug info, I would suggest pasting it into a text document, and attaching that file here, as if you would attach a screenshot. Thanks in advance
re: Carl Lystad. It appears quite often, could each block may 2-3. Mouse during freezing works in other applications. Chat, inventory, menu can not be opened. Only helps the forced closing of the game window.
re: Aerotactics. During freezing the game hold F3 + C crash report betrays. Celal crash report in the normal operation of the game. Attached to this issue
MC-41904. Also there launcher attached log, which can be seen that some files are not downloaded. Maybe your problem.
Sounds like a mouse issue. Whether it's your mouse in particular or the input handling Minecraft is using, I can't tell for sure. I cannot reproduce it myself.
Does this happen consistently? Can you use your mouse in other applications while this is going on? Can you open your inventory, the menu, or the chat box?
