[MC-41984] Twitch Livestream crashes

I keep crashing when I try to do a twitch stream. The kbps is terrible on every server and the video quality just sucks. and I have 3 crash reports already, but I'll upload the latest report.

Well yes, and no actually, yes the launcher is on 1.7.3, and no i'm not playing at the moment
