Nether portal block different transparency

After going through the Nether portal, there is a portal block (technical block) with a lower transparency. It does fix itself over time, but it's quite aesthetically anoying. It's not always replicable; 2 out of 3 tries.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go through the portal (Creative mode is preferable)
2. Quickly look at the portal
