When i place two trip wire hooks and string between with packed ice under the string the hooks wont work. i remove the packed ice the string breaks. i add the string back and then add the packed ice the string breaks. none of this happens with normal ice it works like it should with normal ice.

A resolution has been taken, and it is awaiting verification by reporter. From here issues are either reopened, or are closed.
I do not know how i am supposed to Verify this. and if this is working as intended(which would suck) then i would need to do this to get the issue closed right?
Packed ice is a solid block, normal ice is transparent. You cannot mix different blocks. Either there must be only solid blocks beneath the string and the hooks or only transparent blocks.
I uploaded two images to show you better. sorry for bad description. if you still insist this works as intended i will of course give up
but this is not the same as the link u said if was duplicating(pretty sure).
or maybe kinda the same issue but i was trying to say packed ice is buged cuz i cant use it with trip wire
