Internal Exception: Io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException

It is only on one server that i get this, i have contacted them and they say they have no idea, they contacted their hoster but they know nothing. This error occurs all the time. It used to be fixed by restarting my router but now that no longer works 😞 so i would like to know is there anyway to fix this?
