[MC-4304] can only dig using the tools and cant dig somethings

i cant dig without a shovel cut wood without a ax and if i hit it no damage is done and if no tool is needed i cant dig at all without dig it is hard to play and i have been using game mode and give cheats

Diggin without tools takes way longer as with a tool.
Hold down the left mouse button until the block is broken.

Sounds like you're in Adventure mode!
