Super Secret Settings

I clicked on super secret settings and get most of them quite blurred as though the layers are not lined up properly. I pushed F4 as i saw in another post to return to normal, but that too is very blurry. I don't know what to do to return my game to normal. The graphics I am able to have gives me a headache.
