It happens often and I can't figure why. Attached a full log and of my last run of it and the server configuration. As you can see in the config, it's NOT set to kick idle players "player-idle-timeout" is set to 0). It even does it to me when connecting to my own server sometimes.
In my own experience, it appears to happen most if the player alt+tabs away from the Minecraft window. So if a player on your server goes to do something else, they get kicked. Trying to figure out why this is.
On a side note, yes the server is a cracked server. I have a legit game but trying to start an uncracked server here in China would be a joke and nobody would play (tried it before). This has nothing to do with me being a jerk, and is mostly just the fact that it sucks being a gamer in a country that the software and internet industry has a bad relationship with (most game websites even go as far as to block Chinese IP addresses from visiting their sites...). I hope you'll understand my situation and that I won't just get a cold shoulder...

I revoke my comment in the description about it occurring when a person navigates away. It appears to happen at just about any time.
Adding another comment, it appears to happen and then kick EVERYONE from the server. Here's a recent log:

Trying to figure out the cause...
Due to this being a non-standard server I have to close this, servers like this change code which invalidates any troubleshooting. Take a look at your network connection.
And what exactly is non-standard? It being in offline mode?
My network connection is absolutely fine. It even kicks me from my own server, which is hosted on the same computer I play MC on.
How is this closed - and what makes a "STANDARD" server... I am having to deal with this issue on a VANILLA server - no modifications of any type... so all default settings are in place and Mojang files being used. (This means its not the idle timeout like I see so many of these pointing fingers at... that would be an entirely different exception/error) -
My server properties and log from the most recent server run.
