Minecraft crashes when anything glass related is broken

(Happens in all gamemodes)

Whenever trying to break or another player breaks any of:

• Ice

• Glass

• Lamp

• Splash Potions

• Coloured Glass

• Compact Ice

• Glass Panes

minecraft crashes with no crash reports, it goes back to the page with "Play" on it, not the error screen. When it does crash, it freezes then the screen goes white and asks if I want to close the programme because its not responding. Thats when it goes to the page with "Play" on it.
