[MC-44039] Hidden Capes reappear when going though a Portal

1.) Hide your cape using Options -> Multiplayer Settings -> Show Cape: OFF
2.) Go though a Portal.
3.) Enter third person mode with F5: Cape is back!
4.) Toggling cape On and back Off will make it go away until you use a portal again.

Seen using 2013 cape, not sure if others do it.

This also happens on death, so there may be a few other cases where it will happen, too.

Problem reversed in 14w03b: HIdden capes now stay hidden but shown capes disappear after a portal. As well as your hat and other new layers.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 14w11b / Launcher version 1.3.11 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Seems to be all fixed in 14w21b (Possibly earlier)
