Leaves not changing colour depending on biome

Steps to reproduce

• Find any of the following: Swampland, Extreme Hills, Roofed Forest, Savanna, or plant an oak tree in any of these following: Desert, Mesa, Cold Taiga, Ice Plains, Taiga

• The tree colours will look the same as in forests (only applies to oak, acacia and dark oak leaves)
