In adventure gamemode i no longer see block targeting, and thats freaking cool, but for some reason it still sshow block targing outline with empty hand ;/

This ticket has been marked as a duplicate of MC-44757, in favor of the more general or better information provided.
Not sure about the hand, but the other part is intended. You can only see hitboxes for things you can break now.
