Sometimes (not always) the screen would turn all white. If you look closely at the snapshot, you can see it's a white version of water block texture (or so I think).
What I expected to happen was...:
I would see underwater.
What actually happened was...:
I only saw white.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go underwater.
2. If you can see, try restarting and do step 1. It doesn't always happen.

I've been getting this too.. it's really annoying.

I swear I've seen that effect before. Are you wearing a helmet with Respiration above level 3? I made a Respiration X helmet and it did that. It was the "see better underwater" side effect boosted to insane levels. Reminded me of someone swimming in arctic waters, ice crystals preventing them from seeing more than half a foot ahead.
