When using /setblock to place a Chest, Trapped Chest, Furnace, Dispenser or Dropper, the Data values (which determine the direction) are always defaulted to 3 (facing south) even if specified otherwise.
This bug dosen't effect Hoppers, Brewing Stands or Beacons.
