I have a sugar canes farm, and I have noticed that, when i close the game, all the sugar canes dissappear.

...I have been trying to force the bug to happen again and i can´t... It only happened two times yesterday, and now it seems to be resolved... If it happens again I will inform. (Yes, my english is horrible, I`m from Spain, i hope you have understand me...)
If it happens again, please take a screenshot by pressing F2 while in-game and attach it (minecraft/screenshots/<DATE>.png) here.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
