Shift + Left Click on Items in Inventory to put them in Chests fast is not working

Shift + Left Click on Items in Inventory to put them in Chests fast is not working

What I expected to happen was...:
that if I Shift + Left Click some item in my inventory it will immediately go to inside the chest or the other way round...

What actually happened was...:
nothing. The Item just stayed where it was. It wasn't like that before. I looked it up in the Internet and as far as I could see, no one had that problem... I'm not sure if maybe I changed something in the options but I didn't find anything there either. I'm very sure it's a bug. Forgive me if I'm wrong... I found this "bug" in survival mode...
