When joining my multiplayer server and using a crafting table, the old crafting table GUI is used instead of the newer one introduced in the new snapshots. I created this world in the 1.7 snapshots last year and have been using it since. Even if I break and replace the enchanting table, it still has the same issue.

It turns out I was using a simple glass texture pack and I didn't realize it. An admin can mark this as resolved. Sorry about that! :/
