[MC-46146] Slime Chunks not spawning slimes

I used a slime chunk finder, and after I dug out the chunk, no slimes spawned. So I changed my version to 1.7.4, and slimes spawned. So it wasn't the incorrect chunk, slimes just aren't spawning in their chunks.
EDIT: OK, well I tested further and they do spawn, just very rarely. I've seen two slimes spawn, total.

What seed are you using and what is the coordinates of the chunk you are testing with?

Ok. I've got 4 single-chunk slime farms in my primary world (didn't bother trying to find clustered chunks), none of them seem to have changed noticeably in slime generation as of 14w04b. Of course with the new AI being put in slimes (according to twitter), who knows...
