Juke box doesn't work.

When you put a disc into a juke box, 2 things are suppose to happen that for me are not happening. A little caption above the health and food bar should appear then fade away that says what song is being played and the song is suppose to start playing over your speakers... Well as I said already, this is not happening for me. I don't play music discs that often so I only just now discovered that they don't work for me in 1.7 D: And yes I have checked both my speaker and ingame sound settings, all sounds work just fine... every single one! except music discs 😞 Is this a bug with minecraft that only effects people with outdated graphics cards like me? Or is it possible there's another issue on my end that I haven't found yet, If so, any ideas on what it could be?
